Are you the factory?
No — we are an independent distributor. The devices are manufactured by Shenzhen Wochuan Electronic Co., Ltd. (founded 2012, Shenzhen), and we source factory-direct from them. You get factory economics with a dedicated export partner handling communication, QC coordination and logistics.
What are your minimum order quantities?
MOQs vary by product and are published on every product page — facial devices start as low as 2 sets, IPL hair-removal devices typically 20 pieces. Private-label/OEM orders may carry higher minimums depending on customization; we'll confirm per quote.
Can I order samples first?
Yes — we strongly recommend it. Samples are typically dispatched within
3–7 days. Sample costs are usually deductible from your first bulk order. Tell us which products and your shipping address in the
inquiry form.
What are typical lead times?
As a typical guide: stock items 7–15 days, standard bulk orders 15–25 days, OEM/private-label orders longer depending on customization. These are typical ranges, not guarantees — every formal quote carries a confirmed production schedule.
How does shipping work?
Pricing is quoted EXW Shenzhen unless agreed otherwise. We work with your freight forwarder, or arrange sea, air or express shipping for you and quote it transparently as a separate line item.
What payment methods do you accept?
T/T (bank transfer) is standard: typically 30% deposit with balance before shipment. For first-time buyers we can discuss secure alternatives — just ask in your inquiry.
Do products come with a warranty?
Yes — typically 12 months against manufacturing defects from delivery. If a unit fails within warranty, we coordinate replacement or credit with the factory. Consumables and damage from misuse are excluded.
Can you put my logo on the products?

Are the products certified for my market?
The factory tests to international requirements including CE, RoHS, FCC, UL, FDA 510K, PSE and CB. Certification coverage varies by model — tell us your destination market and we'll confirm the applicable certificates for your shortlist.
